"Class Booking" - Book an On-site or CFW Virtual Group Class.

"Request Session" - Schedule a FREE Fitness Assessment, FREE Consultation, or a Personal Training session.

"Store" - Achieve your goals with professional guidance by purchasing a personal training package. Personal training sessions are available on-site or virtual.

Membership fee is waived for FRB employees. You will be notified about the payment process once membership dues are reinstated.

Tenants and Contractors are able to access Thrive Wellness Center for $35/month.
